This extension located in Bitterne Park, Southampton was built in May 2010.
We had to remove brick sheds and garden walls before digging for the extension. This is a great looking project. This wasn’t the first job we had done for them. Previous to this we replaced an entire 2 storey bay window that had dropped due to the windows not being suitable to carry the load. We then re-rendered the front of the house adding a fresh look and kerb appeal. This project had a slate roof with rubber on the flat section. Rubber has over double the lifespan of felt and is number choice with customers. Also huge bi-fold doors we supplied and fitted. This extension enlarged their kitchen, gave them a utility room, a nice sized bathroom and an extra reception room.
